Nature of the Site. The Site is an information-only resource. No functionality enables execution of a trade, a fund subscription, a funds transfer or any binding transaction. Nothing on the Site is, or should be treated as, a transactional or execution channel.
Permitted Use. View and download content for personal, non-commercial reference only. No reproduction, redistribution, sub-licensing, scraping, data-mining, or use for AI training or commercial aggregation without Vitor’s prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct. You must not use the Site to: (a) misrepresent identity or affiliation; (b) transmit malware or attempt unauthorised system access; (c) further money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, market manipulation, tax evasion or any unlawful purpose; (d) solicit other users; or (e) circumvent Vitor’s eligibility or jurisdictional access controls.
Third-Party Links. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement; Vitor is not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual Property. All Site content and marks belong to Vitor or its licensors see the Intellectual Property Notice (A9).
Changes. Vitor may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law. Singapore law governs; the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction, save that Vitor may seek injunctive relief in any competent forum.
No Transaction Capability Confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, the Site is not a trading platform, capital markets services facility, or execution venue under the SFA, and no activity conducted through it, on its own, requires a Capital Markets Services Licence.
